I work mostly with women over 35. And I typically expect to see 6-10lbs of fat loss per month on diet alone. Untiil I get the diet wired I won't add sups like clen, or ECA or T3 or whatever. I want to see weight loss on the diet alone. Otherwise the supps just cover up a crappy diet.
So if she were my client, I'd want to see a month of good weight loss on minimal cardio before adding anything else into the mix.
i keep saying this; but i would never give clen to any one, why, it kills hart cells, it gives people terrible head aches, terrible cramps, plus some people get killer depression.
