Hey, got a problem been on 750 test e and 400eq for 8 weeks it does not seem to be working my wieght and bf are the same as when i started. i thought it was bunk gear so i had my test level checked and it came back around 6000 witch is off the chart so i figure it got to me i havn't changed my diet which has worked well in the past the only thing i did different is i use an ugl instead of human grade i would like some feedback thanks i'm 37 198lbs. 5'9" 8%bf
 
If your test level is 6000 ng/dl, you are well prepared to grow - so that isn't it. It has to be your diet, training, inadequate rest or all of the above. My guess is diet (probably not enough to fuel training and growth).

thanks for the reply, how many calories a day do you think i should eat i'm at 3500 thanks.
 
If you are getting at least 8 hours sleep and taking a couple rest days a week, then it's probably the diet. It's always the hardest part of my cycle as I won't budge in weight unless I really pack in the calories.

On this cycle I'm eating:
Breakfast, Optimum Nutrition pro complex gainer w/milk, ~900 calories
2 lunches during the work day. Real food cooked the day before w/milk, ~700 each.
Post workout, same as breakfast, ~900 calories
Dinner w/ animal pak vitamins and joint support pills, real food w/ milk and enough leftovers for lunches, ~700 calories.
Before bed, Optimum Nutrition serious mass w/milk, ~1500

This comes out to around 5000 calories a day while running a cycle of 100mg tren/prop eod and still maintaining 5%bf at 180lb.

You probably want to add 500 calories to your day and keep going up as needed until you find what works for your body while not so much that you are adding too much fat.
