Sorry i did not give better advice. It really depends on what your goal is. If you want to continue to get bigger and stronger like a strongman competitor or powerlifter, you are headed basically in the right direction.
If you want to lose 30 pounds and become leaner you are going to have to do more cardio. What really works quickly is wind sprints at the end of your next workout. Do 20, 50 yard windsprints. Do a windsprint 50 yards then jog the 50 back to the same spot,and then do another windsprint. Do twenty of those. You might have to work up to the twenty. Also be prepared to throw up. It is very hard work, but it will make you tougher and help you to breath better, which will help you to work more intensely during your weight training sessions, and will help you to lose the weight.
Also, how long of a break are you taking in between sets? Maybe you should try decreasing your breaks to 30 seconds between sets. You will not be able to push around as much weight naturally, but you will build up a lot of lactic acid in your muscles, which will help to get them bigger, and more toned.
