Perty simple really......you are in a Cross"fit" gym. Therefore by definition you are probably doing things that in no way contribute to anything other than destroying your joints and the gym floor. Earlier you said you would have to "cut back" to get to 15-18 sets......hmmmm. You need a trainer that doesn't look like a cut version of Richie Simmons to teach you how to increase strength and size, not how many reps you can do.
