Hi,
i got pointed to this site by a couple of friends.
Used to be a serious mountain biker till I got hit by a car and last the cartilage in my right knee.
i was lucky to step in on a clinical trial from a bio tech company who basically took some cartilage from my left knee, bred it in a lab and implanted it 4-5 weeks later in my right knee.
I gained a lot of weight during my injury and recovery period (something like 35 kg) and was feeling and looking bad in general.
Part of my recovery was doing a lot of leg excersises and that got me hooked in fitness and weight training.
I basically lost all the weight I gained and added some nice muscles doing that doing weight training and dieting.
My BF dropped from 32% to 14% - 15% atm. At the age of 36 I must admit it's hard to drop lower especially with my office job and erratic working hours.
i came here to learn more about crafting the body either using tradition training/ dieting methods but I'm also wanting to learn more about chemical muscle enchament.
I'm not looking to get big. I wouldn't mind putting on some extra muscle mass however i still weigh 83kg at 1,8m of lenght. I do not want to go over 90 kg but primarily I want to get the shredded, defined look you often see with "natural" body builders.
So tips are always welcome but I think I will do a lot of reading first
