|---[\\\\\]>--------- Ok guys ive pretty much made my mind up, but wanted your opinions first, i am going to purchase a 2006 crystler 300 touring tomorrow. It has 18000 miles, pearl white, with 22in rims. I had to battle this sales kid for days. the price started at $24K, then say said with the rims id be an additional $3500...making it $27K! i talked him down to $21700 with the rims! Just goes to show, you can get them down to whatever you want. these car guys really try and screw ya (no offense to those here who sells cars..LOL) but as you can see, i got them down $6K out the door.

what are your opinions? anyone own one..anyone heard anything about them? i have done some reasearch and talked to ppl who i know who have them and they all love them. i have been a cadillac man for the past 5 years. but im looking for a change, im keeping the 'lade, but will sell it privately for more re sell if the price is right

That's a sick looking car and it looks like you negotiated the piss out of the guy! Post up some pics and might I recommed the Bentley "honeycomb" grill (available online from various aftermarket shops), if the car does not already have it - that looks so freakin' sweet especially on pearl white!

I got mine back in January. It drives beautifully if you ask me. The color of mine is Blue Pearl.

I love how it looks, how it drive... if you have any questions, just shoot away.

This car seems to be new "pimp" car. I swear, everyone wants one of these things now. I think they're great too. I'm sort of a black or silver man myself, but everyone is getting black so I think you've made a good choice on color. I say GO FOR IT! And at that price?!?!?!?!! That's pretty unbelievable!
I just saw a tricked out black one yesterday with the license plate "MR PULL" on it. Oh man. That's awesome.
You just get two sets of keys so V can't lock you in that motha' phuckin' trunk again. hahahahaha

I check KBB trade in for this car and right now they are giving about $20K trade in, so im not losing that much $ at all right off the bat (hasnt depreciated that much) then i checked what dealers avg. for selling this car with the miles and the rims and KBB says $26K. So as you can see im pretty much on the lower end of things...if trade in was s'thing like $15K, i would be $7k in the whole to start, but its not, it's pretty close to what im paying for it.

I will take some pics and post them. its funny, everything i have is white. i still have the Caddy escalade (pearl white) a 2004 custom gsxr600 pearl white with purple flames and chrome everything, now the 300C is white. im not happy with my asian harritage...i think really want to be white! LOL!

As for the grill...yes, the bently grill will be ordered this week! LOL! it's already got the rims but i may trade them in for s'thing with a bigger 'lip' on them. On the caddy i have 22" DUB big hommies...these have a 6 in lip on them!

Big Ole Pimp Daddy BBA! Im glad to here your doing so well down there buddy.
I remember at first you were nervous about the move.
I realy like those cars... Im not a car Guy I Like 4wd But Those cars are deffinatley eye catching. Im remember the first one I seen Here in my area I had to stop and look at what kind it was...I thought it was new caddy.

On the Values Ive never realy trusted the kelley Bluebook.
I know around here the Insurance companys and the Banks go by the NADA

Had one while Simone's car was getting fixed from the last accident. I liked the car and was amazed at how big it really is. It doesn't seem big, but the car is very roomy inside. This was a V6 which would be the only thing I would change.

what kind of rims? are they forged or cast? ... keep in mind the ride quality will suffer greatly with 22 inch rims .. what size tires are on them and how much wear is on the tires? ... if you drive on bumpy or potholed roads this will really make for an uncomfortable ride

plus if they are cast there is always a chance rims that large with such a heavy car on top can bend ... my brothers supra had 18 inch cast rims on it and that car isn't all that heavy and he still bent one

I too doubt they are forged, unless they're aftermarket of some kind. I don't know when this crazy shit is ever gonna stop. We're up to 22" rims now? lol. We're stretching the tires now so much and decreasing the aspect ratios that more and more rims are getting bent. There are a few companies on the web that can straighten wheels for you, but its bloody expensive. I did this on a bmw I once had with 17" wheels and low profile tires. They used to charge like $200 per wheel! These were custom German wheels and so I kept getting them fixed. You definitely want to watch the tire pressures on these new low profile setups. They also lose air more frequently, in my opinion.They're pretty damn sweet looking though! Plus, you can get some nasty sized brakes under there. hahaha

So what's the funniest looking car on the market today? I think its those little "short bus" looking things xions or something or other? ha. I want someone to buy one and paint it yellow like a school bus. That would really crack me up. If anyone on here has one of those short buses, let me know, so I can fly out there and paint it for you. I'll supply the paint and do the job free of charge! hahahaha

When he came to the table saying it would be an additional 2K more, i asked where the hell do you pull those figures from? and the sales person actually looked me in the eyes and said the words "i dont know" who the fuck says that..if you're selling s'thing i dont care if its a bag of dog shit or a Crystler 300, you know everything about what you're selling...he basically told me he raised the price of the car and he didnt know why! i immediately asked for the sales manager and i slapped my 50 $100 bills on the desk and said do you want to do biz or not. he tried to negotiate over and over again and everytime i just started to get up and he said sit down, we'll make it work. finally i got tired of being there for 2 hours and said look the only way you are getting this $5K and me walking out with the keys in hand is the orig. deal $21700 out the door! he bit his lip and agreed. the whole time, no one talked to me, the sales guy kept giving me dirty looks, finally as i was getting into the car i held my hand out and he wouldnt even shake it, she said that he lost his ass on the deal, i said s'thing cheesey like "well it was a game of chess and...check mate..." s'thing gay like that.
