I did a half Ironman at 5-10 212lbs while helping my old lady train for a full Ironman. Go eat a something other than gels.

I’m kidding about the gels. TBOL is going to fuck you up on the bike power work. And shoulder pumps while swimming are zero fun.

If test 250mg is holding too much water, add in 75-100mg primo and see if the E2 drop cuts a little water off.

@Performance Based is an athlete here. He fights, runs, swims, kills bears with his own hands…..he might chime in. He likes low test +moderate EQ…..allegedly his pecker works. Mine doesn’t with EQ higher than test.

Definitely interesting! Are the pumps with TBOL that crazy that they become uncomfortable? Lol.

My face is sometimes a bit puffy but other than that I’m not sure if I am holding that much water. However I would like to lower it a little bit just in case. Is primo preferable over Masteron?

Do you know how bad is the toxicity of EQ on the kidneys?

I am currently phasing EQ out right now for the first time in two years. Kidney function via blood and urine panels is always stellar.

Phasing out purely to take a break from everything non TRT prescribed for fertility reasons.

Issues regarding kidney and liver function are two fold

1) genetic predisposition to various compounds
2) Dosage dependent - the performance world is a unique place to be as our dosages are so incredibly low to illicit the adaptations we need but to also limit gains to lean mass.

Health issues that arise on the bodybuilding side will rarely be relevant for our community.
