Hello out there I am at the end of my first cycle of primo/ana and I am not at all impressed I am wondering if I did somthing wrong. I am 5'9 weight is 190lbs bf is around 23%(?) My strength has increased, my boyfriend says I look different but my mid section is still the same. I eat clean do not drink, my boyfriend (TG) says that this might not be the combo for me I read somthing about t3/clen but it said nothing about how much to take. I have been lifting for over three years and am looking to discover the avenue of female bodybuilder not fitness.

What is your diet and training like?
 
i do any where from 30mins to 45mins of cardio every other day, as far as training here is an example,

leg day 2 warm up sets of light squats 3 working sets, 3-4 sets working leg extensions, stright legged dead lifts, calves.

shoulders- 4sets milatary w/ db 3 sets side lats, 3 sets rear, shrugs or bi's.

could you give me some advice on a better work out to try. Thank you.
