Hello out there I am at the end of my first cycle of primo/ana and I am not at all impressed I am wondering if I did somthing wrong. I am 5'9 weight is 190lbs bf is around 23%(?) My strength has increased, my boyfriend says I look different but my mid section is still the same. I eat clean do not drink, my boyfriend (TG) says that this might not be the combo for me I read somthing about t3/clen but it said nothing about how much to take. I have been lifting for over three years and am looking to discover the avenue of female bodybuilder not fitness.
