well, i didnt see an introductions section here, or i could have overlooked it.
been a lurker for a while now, and must thank everyone here for being so kind as to share their knowledge with guys like myself.
about me. im 35 5'9" 210lbs appx 15-18% bf.
introduced to bb in 1998. from 98-05 i worked full time on nothing but lifting.( i was incarcerated for just over 6 yrs.) in 98 i weighed 140 and upon my release in 05 i was up to 225 w/ 10% bf. i am no stranger to working hard for results. i made those gains 100% naturally with no supps other than vitamins and lots of tuna.
i continued to hit the gym regularly after release for about 12 mos. i had taken almost 2 years off and gained a bit of fat and lost a lot of muscle. i have now been back in the gym for nearly a year and dropped a lot of fat and regained quite a bit of muscle, but strength is still WAY off where i was. my thoughts are that im getting older. i work as hard now as i ever have before for far less substansial results. my diet is great, and i use minimal suppliments. (creatine, whey, no, and vits)
i really want to meet my origional goal from back in 98 which was to be 235lbs @ 8% bf.
i am currently planning my first cycle on gear as test e 500mg a week with a dbol boost in the first 4 weeks. i have done quite a bit of research, but still have questions about pct and cycle workouts. i see a lot of people asking what to "take" but id like to know if you guys vary your oncycle workouts from your offcycle workouts, if so in what ways to you change it up. i am currently working out 6 days on 1 off for 3 weeks and then 4 days on and 3 days off for 2 weeks and so on. this plan has always worked for me in the past. i also change my routine up frequently to stimulate my body constantly.
advice please, and glad to be a part of the board.
btw i was in prison for involantary manslaughter. got into a fist fight with a guy in a bar who had just had abdominal surgery. when he was on the ground i kicked him and he died of internal bleedind. i had no idea of his condition. stipid mistake that cost me 7 years of my life. i was 180lbs then, lost a lot of weight after that due to depression. figured i get that out of the way so you dont think im a rapist of child molester.
