Hello all I am new to the board here. But I have been around for awhile and I am very well known on the old SSB I was VIP/Vet. I had a different name than this 1. So if you were there and want to no ask me in pm. But anyway my last hard work out was 8 months ago, when everything went south for a while. My question is what should I do right now to drop 30lbs or so before my next round. I am doing 15mins jogging on tread mill then 15-20mins on elliptical. 6 days a wk. I am eating egg whites every morning. or oatmeal with a pc of cheese. Then lunch is a Shake and Subway roast chicken or tuna sub. Dinner is vegi's Chicken,Steak,Tuna, And Baked potato. this is pretty much everyday same right now. Been back in the gym for about 7 days.. Any good trainers close to me? Indiana thanks..

Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 291
BF%: Guessing 20% or a little more.
Goal: 15% bf and stay around there.
I lift just for myself. My goals are to someday bench 500 best to date is 465 about a year ago. I have taken about 6 cycles or so. And getting ready for next now. If I have for gotten anything or you need to no more just ask me. Thanks
