I just wanted to start off by saying hello and that I absolutely love this site.
Well a little about me.I am 25 and have been pretty athletic all my life, I started lifting when i was 14 but stopped when i was 22 for a year and just started back a little less than a year ago. I am 6'2'' and weigh 250 and cant seem to get rid of this fat. I am not an expert which is why I am here. I try not to eat a lot usually 3 muscle milk shakes, 2 cans of tuna or chicken breast a day and I am currently taking Lipo 6. I know it is aweful, lol. I do cardio 4 days a week and my work out plan is split into 3 days working each part twice a week doing different exercises on each one. I have great form, thanks to my old football trainer. My goal is to get to about 220. I am a pretty thick guy not as fat as you would think for 250. I am not sure my body fat.
Like I stated earlier my goals are to drop 30 lbs and get cut. I am not too concerned about putting on more mass. Any advice on my diet, workout plan or a possible cycle would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I could suggest that I see immediately is drop the muscle milk. I use it myself and it's great but I am a "hardgainer" i.e. ectomorph so I need the extra calories in there. One serving(two scoops) has 350 calories mixed in water or 650 calories mixed witgh 16oz. 2% milk. Try substituting another straight protein to cut out some calories.
www.synthetek.com has a high quality whey isolate called SynthePure you could start there. Good luck bro you came to the right place if you want to learn.:)

The calories in the muscle milk is def what I dont like. Thanks for the advice on the SynthePure I will def check it out.
If I was totally set on starting a cycle, what would help me to achieve my goals? I just need to know were to start researching. what would help me to lose the most fat and put on a little more mass while getting cut. I have been searching quit a bit but working 60 hours a week and spending 20 hours in the gym a week kind of limits my time. I know a few people on the juice but it doesnt seem like they know what the hell they are talking about, though all of them have made great progress. I am a very dedicated person with diet and workout routines and it just seems I need a little help.

Don'tcha just hate that??? lol. I cringe when I talk to guys that brag about how many different drugs they're taking and they look like SHIT almost sickly or something. As far as AAs go I will not preach against them but I would say get some help with your diet and see how far you can go with that first. From what you posted your training looks pretty decent, but it seems to me like you could get way more on point with your diet(correct me if I'm wrong just basing that on what you posted). A wise man once said "food is the most anabolic substance" seriously though you will be way better off in the long run in terms of side effects/gains to get your bf% down and then consider running a cycle. What you eat determines sooooo much of what you gain or lose in terms of fat/muscle, not drugs. I hope it doesn't come off like I'm lecturing you I just hope you understand that the goal you are working towards (bodyweight of 220 or so lean) can most definitely be achieved without drugs.
A few suggestions I could make:
1>try doing cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach(you said you are very busy so I understand this may not be practical.)
2>increase your protein intake to 1.5-2gms per pound of target bodyweight(so 330-440gms or so a day) use shakes to avoid chewing so damn much lol.
-protein is critical for fatloss because it will cause your body to expend more energy in its digestion and assimilation than carbs or fat.
3>try cutting carbs in the evening (after 5 or 6 p.m) and only eat protein/fat meal combos i.e. lean steak with green veggies (no starches) or a slow digesting protein shake w natty peanut butter or EV olive oil thrown in there.
4>Increase your intake of good fats i.e. omega-3s from fish oil and monounsats. from extra virgin olive oil.
5>maintain a high water intake ( at least a gallon a day or more)
6>Your post says you are spending 20 hrs. a week in the gym, that seems like a lot. try shortening your workouts a little so you don't kill yourself. Since youre natural you don't need super-human workouts. Try keeping your weight sessions to an hour or less, this will help keep cortisol levels at bay.
7>keep reading this board whenever you can and ask plenty of questions.

Thanks for all the advice. I know my diet sucks and I figured I have been spending too much time in the gym, it just seems like I am not getting a good work out just being in the gym for an hour to an hour and a half but Im sure that is not so.
I know that drugs are not the best decision but I think I am going to start a cycle in about 3 months to give my body time to adjust to my new diet. Just not sure what my best options are. I have been searching on here and alinboard and not really finding anything for the guys trying cut a lot of fat.

You're not eating enough. As 6.8 said, get your protein up carbs down and fat (good fats) up as well. Aim for 5 meals a day. All of them high protein and low carbs, maybe 40 gms. Cut out the carbs before bed. Take in 40-50gms of protein every meal! Post workout have protein 50gms, carbs 50gms and some good fats, like olive oil, coconut oil, flax oil. probably around 30gms. Make sure your training is on target and intense.

One thing I left out when it comes to training that is also very improtant, keep a training log of weights/reps and strive for a small progression every workout. a small progression every week adds up to a very large progression over a year. Read the sticky entitled: Growth Principles for Beginners by Big A this will help you to understand this concept more in depth. Progression is key. I think it is wise that you wait a few months before you cycle bro. As for compounds for guys trying to get cut there really is no such thing, although certain compounds are better suited to this task than others it really is DIET that determines this.(I know the frickin' horse is already dead stop beating it!) AAS will help you to retain more muscle while dieting and aid with AR (androgen receptor) mediated fatloss but again DIET in terms of macronutrients/kcals is the first priority. Oldfella made a good suggestion too regarding post workout nutrition. The time AFTER YOUR WORKOUT IS WHEN YOUR BODY IS PRIMED TO RECEIVE NUTRIENTS. sorry for the caps lock, unintentional. Anyway, when you take in nutrients in liquid form immediately post workout, it helps get your body working on recovery + growth sooner than if you did not do this. Just bring a shaker cup with powdered protein and carbs in it to the gym and when your done working out Bam! just put some water in there and pound it down. Trust me on this one you will feel a difference. If you do not want to order separate powdered carbs, just use powdered gatorade from the supermarket, it's usually pretty cheap. Keep the questions coming bro that's what this board is for!:)

Man I will tell you what, I have been researching this subject for a few months and I just keep getting confussed.... damn sometimes I think I am ADD. There are SOOOO many different drugs out there it is cazy. I keep reading post that people start about critique there cycle and almost all of them (except for yours 6.8. lol) seem to get bashed. That is what I dont want to do, over due it or waste my time by not doing whats right. Im just having a hard time finding a cycle that would best fit me. Guess I just need to keeping reading.
Oh I checked out the SynthePure and think I will be ordering some tomorrow unless there is a better suggestion.
