I could not be more happy to join a group as accomplished and knowlegeable as this one. Very fortunate night for me! I've been training for four years and I intend to be as big and ripped as I can be. One day, when I get up the nerve, I am going to post my before and after picture. The before is at 380lbs of obesity.

Gentlemen, you are all so awesome. Maybe I need to post those pictures because it will allow you men to see how far I have come and allow for better advice when I ask questions.

I was 380 lbs and I went down to 190 lbs with light weights, and exorcise routines that acted on my body as heavy aerobics and a muscle stretcher. At this time, 3 years ago, I began some heavy hitting weight training and I began to juice. I packed on some awesome muscle mass at 255 lbs. I've gotten to point that I have out grown everyone around me in both size and knowledge. Partly because I am in a part of the country that has few good bodybuilders per gym. So I need some brothers who can answer some of my questions or point the way to information. I was impressed, as one who has a masters in biology, with the postings on the pharmacology of the Anti E's, and much more. My father always taught me that to play with the pros, you must first learn from them. Brothers, I am very glad to be hear.
