I think you are training your legs to much and you getovertrainned. Train your legs as hard as possible, but brief and enfrequent, every 7 to 10 days to begginers and intermediates or 15 to 20 days to advanced bb s.
Remember the rest and recover is the most important thing to recuperate your nutrients to build new muscle fiber, and you need to rest your upper body to le your legs grow...
