I think the cheesburger will do more harm than Howard Stern.
Physically, that is! :D
Id be real unhappy if I found Howard was bad for my BB goals-
he is the savior of my long morning ride to work!

Help

He's not on the air here anymore so I have to catch him online. Hey this is a great websight. Are there many people who help peolpe with programs fro competing on this sight? I've been in two big show and done a respectfull job but I'm ready to turn some heads and get myselfe tunned in. I'm really lagging in my sweeps. I'm told I have great ginetics but my sweps need help. I'd rather my legs overpower my upper body. "Man I NEED BIG WHEELS" I train them to death heavy intense I've even hit them twice a week. They grow but not enough. My hams are great it's just them darn sweeps.

HELP!!

I know Roam wasn't built in a day but come on.

I think you are training your legs to much and you getovertrainned. Train your legs as hard as possible, but brief and enfrequent, every 7 to 10 days to begginers and intermediates or 15 to 20 days to advanced bb s.
Remember the rest and recover is the most important thing to recuperate your nutrients to build new muscle fiber, and you need to rest your upper body to le your legs grow...
and remember ......
There is no space for the littles !!!!!!!!!

I'll give it a try. I rest my whole body on wed. and Sun. Do you think I need more. I'll show you my split.

Mon Chest
Tues Hams/shoulders/calvs
Wed Rest
Thurs Back/Traps
Fri Arms
Sat Quads/calvs
Sun Rest

Let me know what you think. Each work out lasts about 30-45 minuits.
