New Phil Trainee

Hey all,
I've been a lurker on this board for quite some time now. Finally decided I am sick of spending so much time looking for information, so I decided to hire Phil! I am looking to bulk up for Teen Nationals in July, so I figured it wouldn't hurt having a pro help me along the way I'm really excited about working with Phil. Ready to do some work! Just wanted to let you guys know that there is now a new Phil trainee!!

You will hear this alot, but it's true, just follow the advise from Phil and you will see results. It's simple, basic, and works. He is a very hands off trainer, but will always respond, and knows what he's talking about, and is very passionate about his work. Welcome to Team Hernon
