Thanks Flexmaster for posting those. I am about 206 in these, down 12-15 pounds from the last pictures posted here. Everything is going well, contest is about 5 1/2 months out. Not looking forward to the Christmas season with all the food around though!

You're doing a great job. Christmas is very hard during a diet. I don't envy you at all. Best thing is to celebrate with family eat your boring food and then get the heck out of there! I did it twice before (early in my diets) and it was very hard especially since most family members don't understand why you can't have just one little piece of their killer fudge or just a tiny slice of pie and so on and so on...or their cream cheese and shrimp dip....OH MY GOSH! *drool*
