Training with some of my gym pals. These guys are just off the wall when it comes to intensity but its hard to argue with their results. I jumped in with them on squat and My former PR was 495 for 2 a couple months ago.
570 for 3!! full reps not butt to heels but well below parrallel. It is amazing the mental support you have while having 3 250+ guys spotting you. Im 24 until october and I plan to get 650 by then.
