I competed as an Olympic Style Lifter as a teen and then kinda just kept in the gym off and on for the last 20 or so years. About 2 years ago, I began to notice a huge slow change in my musculature. Long story short, been on Androgel for 5 months now... prescribed 10 mg per day... looks like it's time to get after it good. I'm 46, looking to retire in 8 years and feel and look young and in the best shape I can be. Plan on a routine focused on growth. What would be a good place to start?

What is your body fat right now? Do you have any specific goals in mind? Do you want to get bigger and leaner?
 
Just did a BF with a caliper... best I've got for now... 29 right now... don't think i've ever been below 15 in my life.... bigger on the upper body for certain... what i would like to believe is that by adding muscle a slow transformation to leaner will occur... I've always had the inability to maintain a certain physique as i've gone from one extreme to the other.... fatboy to skinny in a matter of months.
 
WEll since your upper body is domante, I woud suggest starting the week off with LEGS. Prioritise your training.

If you drop weight fast, make sure you are notmuscle wasting. get that BF checked every 10 to 14 days to make sure you are eating enough to keep that hard earned muscle.
