I competed as an Olympic Style Lifter as a teen and then kinda just kept in the gym off and on for the last 20 or so years. About 2 years ago, I began to notice a huge slow change in my musculature. Long story short, been on Androgel for 5 months now... prescribed 10 mg per day... looks like it's time to get after it good. I'm 46, looking to retire in 8 years and feel and look young and in the best shape I can be. Plan on a routine focused on growth. What would be a good place to start?
