New to Dbol

So about to receive some dbol, 50mg/ml, however ive never ran dbol and was just curious about what a good beginners dose would be, and are there any side effects i should look out for. Will be running some sust 400 as well. Not a major cycle, just getting in a solid boost for now.

25mg ED for 4 weeks is a good dose. Split AM PM if you can.

You'll retain some water, gain strength and feel good and powerful.

If your BF% is high, you won't feel that good.

Dbol and test always give me a great boost, i just dont like feeling like a water balloon but it always works great!

Remember that dbol can convert to estrogen just like test can, so either run an aromatase inhibitor like aromasin with the dbol or have nolvadex on hand if you start getting symptoms of gynecomastia. Considering you are running sust along with the dbol, I would suggest using the aromasin.

IMO, Dose: 20 to 30mg of Dianabol each day,Duration: 4 to 6 weeks is enough

For beginners, Dbol dosage is 10 - 20 mg/ed
For experienced man, Dbol dosage is 30-50 mg/ed or more.
