Everyone that knows me knows that I am a diehard Westside guy. As I get older I seem top need more time to recover. I decided to spread my 4 workouts over 10 days instead of 7. Also with summer right around the corner I need sunday off so I can hit the lake for some Waverunner fun.
I am also on a diet to get down to the 275's. Monday I started out at 317 and friday I was 310. The goal is to hit 285 by June. My blood pressure is down and I finally got back in the gym this week. Fuck I'm sore.
