Hi I'm Kris, and this is my first time ever posting pics. I'm just posting some leg shots only. They are alright, but I really need to lean out more.Background is powerlifting, which i've used as an excuse to be a fatass for too long. So I've been on and off dieting since April, where I went from around 240ish to now 219ish, oh and I'm about 5'2-5'3". Any critiques I'd appreciate, be honest, I know I have a long way to go. Hey we all have to start some where and you my friend have started in the best place you could have. Here at pro muscle you will find some great helpful people. Just do some searching before you ask some of your questions and you will find most of what you are looking for there. But welcome aboard!!!
 
Looking good, not bad wheels to start off with. If you need help training/dieting, I'd suggest hiring Phil Hernon(I hope I spelt his name right) He's really good and he'll put you into good shape.
If not, just keep squatting heavy and the main thing is get your diet under control!
Keep us updated.

I was 155-160 in 2004, and that weight for me was horrible. I had no muscles at all believe it or not. I have an okay place to start, much more work to be done...

Great first step Kris

Sounds like your thinking right!

Diet and lean out, then move on in a positive direction by adding on lean, quality mass. Sometimes you need to clean out the house before you start to remodel, ya know?

Things you should think about are a good diet plan that is set in stone, adding in cardio and a good workout program structured for your overall goal. 1st being to lean out. With a set plan, your more likely to follow through.

Just make sure to keep it fun and enjoy life along with your goal!
