Hi guys,

I just wanted to introduce myself. I got referred to this site through Lucian. He told me that there were a lot of knowledgable guys that could help me out here. I have been in the fitness industry for a while now but have never done a seriously thought out cycle. Always a little here and there and have seen some amazing results thanks to help from people around me, so I know the importance of being surrounded by informative folks. In any case, here are my stats and what I'm looking to do within a couple of days...

6'00'' & 250lbs w/ ~14% BF, I'm looking to get to a solid 260-270lbs and drop my BF to 10%. My diet is not the best in the world but I'm going start doing 30mins cardio, 3X/week.

Anadrol 25mg eod (do to limited supplies) - Week 1-4
250mg Test E + 250mg Deca / week - Week 1-16
HGH Week 2-24 (2iu eod)
B Complex (every 4 hours)

PCT
Week1-6 Nolvadex 25mg/day
Week1-5 Aromasin 20mg/day
Week1-3 HCG (500iu/ed)
Week1-6 Vitamin E (1000iu/day) and Vitamin C (1500mg/day)

I know that the dosages on the test and deca might seem pretty low for my weight but I'm extremely sensitive to aas and see really good results from small doses. I have in the past done as much as 200mg fina/day in sheer stupidity and over time found out that my body does not need much to respond. In any case, please do comment on what you see and if you have any other recommendations. Thanks!
 
first of all...welcome to the boardd :D :p

im not guru or anything...but im gonna assume that those who respond wont have a problem with the low dosages of test and deca...people usually try and keep it lower on here :rolleyes:

it looks good to me :cool:

im sure more experience people will chime in too :p

hey big boy!!!
txpress is a good bud of mine.
he has a big wide frame and could carry 300 easy. ive seen him get up to 270 lb on 100 mg of winny a week.
he carries the 250 clean!!!!!no gear. legs are his strong part.
well wlcome to the family brutha, these guys wont pull any punches and they will help you with problems you cant figure out.
its time to get big and lean.

Brother man! Thanks for the kind words! Like Lucian said thanks to my legs I'm able to post up some good weight. Now I just have to build up my upper body to specs. I'm going to post up pics of my progress on a weekly basis as I started everything yesterday. Shoulders are a little soar from the ba but the workout starts today.

Sesshomaru - I can't wait to workout consistantly again. I have taken the last 7 months to heal my rhomboid and collect some fat but the buck stops here. Its time to up the protein and cut the fat and eat more responsible carbs! :D

if you respond well to low doses than any cycle will make you very happy...dont let the "mega dose" guys on this board give you any shit about the low doses theyre just jelaous :)...alex

you got it all down man... good doses, good length of cycle, and looks like you got a great base..

just watch that Rhomboid... dont wanna re injure that puppy!!!


seriously, just watch your PCT, and maybe even throw a little IGF in there if you can... its cheap, and a good way to help solidify that hard earned mass..
