I have been working out on or off since I was a teenager and am 29 now. I haven't really done any cycles or supplements overall. I am a naturally big guy:
height: 6'2
weight: 255
body fat: 23 %
I know the importance of diet and cardio, I started from about 320 and managed to drop to 220 at one point but between all the school,work and injuries I have fell off a bit.
With all that said, my goal is to get leaner and would like it sooner then later. I would ultimately like to hit 200-220 range with 10 % body fat. I was looking into taking some hgh (2-4 i'us a day) and anavar ( 40mg a day ) for about 6 months. I am most concerned about side effects so I looked into things that were more mild.
I know hgh tends to be more expensive, but I think 150-200 a month is an acceptable cost for me. I need advice on if I should add anything to this? Things I should be aware off? Even which sponsors sell legit products?
