Hey guys and girls just wanted to say whats up, and to introduce myself. I am 29 years old 5'9" 200lbs probably 20% b.f. but i still look sexy. I have been hittin the gym hard for last 4 years, went from 140lbs to 200lbs naturally. I eat really clean but tend to over eat, I love food.
On the boards just looking for some good advice,but dont want to be a pain. There are 2 gyms in my town, but there are no decent b.b.s to ask advice from, so i am basically on this journey alone. Also on a side note i suck at using a computer so please be patient.
My first question is about workout frequency, i workout mon-fri, sat and sun off. I am pretty sure this is too much.
mon- chest
tues- back
wed-shoulders
thurs-arms
fri-legs
I read Big As thread on training every other day and think this is my best bet, as i am currently stuck haven't really seen any gains in the past year, but hopefully with help will start making gains again. I would like to put on about 15 to 20lbs of muscle.
