I feel you on the legs..i've got 3 slipped discs and spondylosis ...actually I just jacked my back the other day again from legs day...it gets old quick but it was my mistake. Regardless, I wish you the best regarding leg development, but they look pretty damn good IMO!
Very nice physique! Do you incorporate your rear delts in your shoulder routine or do you do them another day? Reason I ask is I start rear delts first and than medial delts. after that I try to do presses and my shoulders are burnt out and I cant even press over 100lbs

I hear u about the running on the beach thing, but unlike u I havent reached my max yet, so I'm still trying to add size. Then I'll cut down so I can chase the babes on the beach...lol :headbang::headbang::headbang:
I know I've already commented, but I'll say again I think this is an ideal build. I love to see mass monsters as much as the next guy, but you've gotta be high speed, low drag when the zombies come! Lol
