Is there anyway to reduce nipple size, mine stick out to the point I think I need tape to cover them.

I don't think you can reduce the actual size lol. I have big nipples too if it makes you feel better. Besides if that's you in our avi then you sure as hell shouldn't be worried about your nipple size with that overall development

I had the same problem bro. when I turned about 35 they started to get puffy, so after 7 years of living that way and trying everything:banghead:, I went to the plastic surgeon. he was quick to point out that it was the underlying tissue that made them big.

he is a really good surgeon so I trusted his diagnosis. he charged me about $5k for the surgery, but it was soooo worth it. I would highly recommend that u see a good plastic surgeon if you can possibly afford it. my chest looks like it did when I was in my 20's now. good luck bro

puffy nips suck, I've had them since puberty. Decided I will probably get surgery in a few years when my chest is the size I want it.
