Nolvadex

Ok just a quick question.
Im getting some Nolvadex to use during my cycle just to play it safe. Dont want those titties! Well how many mgs a day do yall suggest and should i run it throughout the rest of my cycle. Im running Deca 400mgs a week and Test 500 a week for 10 weeks. Moderator's opinions highly reguarded but all are welcome to post. So thanks

I would use an anti-aromatase like letrozole or anastrozole instead of an anti-e like Nolvadex, Proviron. or Clomiid. At 500mg test you could get away with a relatively low dose like 1/2 tab ED or EOD.

Gyno from deca is not caused by estrogen so none of the above will help. I believe that gyno from deca is progesterone-related.

If you are going to stick with the nolv, use 10mg ED, bump to 20mg for 7-10 days in case of any estrogen related flare-ups. That is not likely on those doseages.
In fact those doseages are so low you could just stay pat without any unless syno symptoms appeared and then do the 10-20mg ED for 7-10days.

Ok thanks xcel and Mike i appreciate your answer i know im not taking that high a dosages on the deca and test but just for my peace of mind i prefer to take the nolvadex> thanks for the answer i will use it for 7-10 days.
