I nominate BMCJames. He's trained by Phil and has come a long way since his days as your typical gym rat. He was eager to learn and eager to try something new. I'm his spotter at the gym and I see him give a 100% every workout.

I would like to nominate TheOtherOne55. Just turned 24, he has only been a member since June of last year but he seems to always have insightful, intelligent additions to conversations, not just fillers to build up post numbers (Besides picking fights with strongrhino haha joking) He is currently prepping for his first competition, about 8 weeks out and looking really good for an ex Offensive Lineman (another reason I want to nominate him) he will be posting a pic soon so I will post the link later or have him do it..I believe everyone nominated is deserving in one way or another this is just my opinion.
