Nose Drainage

So this may sound kind of weird, but I have noticed that when I'm on, my nose seems to run more and drain into my stomach, especially when I take higher doses of stuff. I have had the surgery to supposedly help fix the problem and that didn't work, also take acid reflux medicine to control the stomach acid, and I also take antihistamines which help a little bit but doesn't fix it completely. Any ideas, or anyone with the same problem. It messes with my workouts because it royally sours my stomach and makes it tough to go heavy as my stomach wants to heave all the time from to much mucous draining into it.

Mist your nose as needed thru the day with saline or salt water.
That should dry it up.
When I take a shower in the evening I spray salt water into my nose as I'm showering and spit and cough and hack that s#$t out.
Works for me.

Use a neti-pot... I have one I use in the shower and its helped tremendously with my sinus issues.

thanks guys! I have tried the saline and netti-pots and they seem to burn my nose when the solution goes up into it.

Add I little baking soda to stop the burn.
