i am just starting a diet and using GH for the first time as a cutting agent instead of in my offseason runs.

anyone use insulin alongside their GH in their precontest diets, or forgo it all together?

i am trying to justify it's use as i'll now be using GH, but can't wrap my head around toying with my levels when i'm precontest.

I'm sure you've heard this before but insulin is EXTREMELY dangerous. I'm also sure that just about nobody will recommend you use it unless your a top level national competitor or pro. I would research it yourself and draw your own conclusions though. Just remember that improper use can potentially result in death. Stay safe and good luck.
 
my experience is low iu's with meals before contest. Make sure the first dose of iu's clear first for awhile before u hit it again, i agree with the above statement also be very careful and do your research..

guys, i have been using insulin now for well over 10 years, so you can say this isn't exactly my first barbq with the compound.

i use it in my offseason, but i have never used it thru my prep until the last 3 days when i use a combination of humalog and humulin r during my carb up.

my question is has anyone used it to diet down thru the whole prep instead of just the carb up?

most guys i know who use it in a prep use it once every few days to fill out a bit thru their prep, not on concurrent training days.

i'm just curious if anyone uses it thru thier whole prep if they are using GH?

i wouldn't even consider using it pre contest if i wasn't running GH, but now that i am i am hopin to glean a little insight from those who may.

my last two comps i used it twice a week post workout only on higher carbdays and think it helped spare some muscle. just had to watch diet and clearance times closely
 
just be careful. i take it twice a day because i need it but if i didnt need it i would not touch it. i just dont think its worth the gains but others will say i'm wrong

this seems to be the general consenus from those who use it pre contest- one or two times a week to fill out on higher carb days.

i'm curious to see what would happen if you used it pre workout, say in the am about 8-10 hours before you trained as opposed to after. wouldn't have to worry about running carbs too late into the evening, and i imagine workouts would be pretty good as well.
