bf% ( not sure) i think around 10-12%
training 8 years, went from a fat 230 to a pretty sollid 208
currently been on a carb restricted diet.
getting around 300 grams from whey and whole foods, lean ground beef, chicken, steak.
using lba's also around 3- 20 gram servings daily and am considering using these exclusively as my protein supplent for the simple ease of using.
360p/150f/30c
im a carpenter and usually my days are physically demanding.
training 6 days a week
1 hr 3-4 a week low intensity cardio on treadmill (3.0 mph)
training 2 bodyparts daily with 2 excercises 5 x 5
chest-shoulders tris
back bis calves
quads hams abs
so far personal best
flat bench 325x5
db bench 125'sx 6-7 ( i dont have bigger db's in my gym)
dead 450
t-bar row 225 x5
squat 360 ( i know its horrible)
oh db shoulder press 100lb db's x5

whey, multi-v, fish oil 12 gr ed, joint support(TP), eca 3xed,lba's
im looking for lean mass here.
cjc-1295 50 mcg morning/pre- bed
ghrp-2 100 mcg morning/pre-bed
test cyp 400 mg weekly
maybe deca 200 mg weekly
500mcg hcg 2 x week same day as test shot
i will run the aas for 12-16 weeks
i was wondering if adding 2-iu of gh daily 20 mins after morning cjc/ghrp shot would be beneficial? i have plenty laying around ( family member's been on for a while)
i will post some pics up here and update pics weekly as well as the log daily(hopefully)
i am looking foward to this now i am going to be either cycling carbs or adding some very simple carbs ( gatorade ) in to my diet.
