whats up guys. im gonna post a log here as it seems this is where i got the most info for my research.

currently been on a carb restricted diet.
getting around 300 grams from whey and whole foods, lean ground beef, chicken, steak.
using lba's also around 3- 20 gram servings daily and am considering using these exclusively as my protein supplent for the simple ease of using.

im a carpenter and usually my days are physically demanding.
training 6 days a week
1 hr 3-4 a week low intensity cardio on treadmill (3.0 mph)

im looking for lean mass here.
cjc-1295 50 mcg morning/pre- bed
ghrp-2 100 mcg morning/pre-bed

test cyp 400 mg weekly
maybe deca 200 mg weekly
500mcg hcg 2 x week same day as test shot

i will run the aas for 12-16 weeks

i was wondering if adding 2-iu of gh daily 20 mins after morning cjc/ghrp shot would be beneficial? i have plenty laying around ( family member's been on for a while)

i will post some pics up here and update pics weekly as well as the log daily(hopefully)

i am looking foward to this now i am going to be either cycling carbs or adding some very simple carbs ( gatorade ) in to my diet.

i also constituted 5mg of ghrp w/ 2.5cc of bw and cjc w/ 2cc bw so it gives me
200mcg per 10ius of ghrp
100mcg per 10ius of cjc

i preloaded some slin pins with 10ius each and left them in a tuppperware in fridge. im taking 10ius per shot.

got some hawthorn berry extract to maybe help with bp rising. also i wont be running any aas for a while cuz i wanna gauge my bodys responce to the peptides first

Good luck....have patience w/this stuff...it's not at all like AAS.

I prefer to recon w/1CC for each. GHRH and GHRP. Less to inject.

i got the hawthorn berry extract it says 2.5 mg vitexin. im taking 2 a day.
also i was kicking the idea of waitng for the aas and maybe doing 4 week runs of dermacrine/ maybe monsterdrol( loved this stuff)

203.5 lbs this am. had a weird night last night. woke up like twice in the middle of the night with very wacky dreams( dont ask). slammed a shake at about 2am when i woke up the second time. woke up at 6am very awake and sweaty around the collar of my shirt.

ive been taking melatonin at night at 16mg b4 bed. was reading on am that melatonin plus a couple other supps might help with work synergesticlly with my peptides at night? not sure anyone?

didnt hit the gym today, had a suck ass day at work(in the rain) and went to a meeting tonight.
just took a my nightly dose. melatonin seems to put me down for like 3 hrs then im awake. dint like this. what are some of you guys that are using these peptides taking supp wise like b4 bed and to help/besides aas and aakg/creatine
would def. like to see some kind of peptide cycle supp regimnent protocol from some of the other expereinced users. Tex? papa? dat? degraz?

Melatonin give me terrible nightmares almost all the time I use it. It's a known side effect. Might want to try one thing at a time before blaming the peptides.

I don't use any other supps for sleep (if that's what you're asking). I have the usual supps (vitamins, EFAs, hawthorn berry, etc.)

didnt take my dose last night and i had completely solid sleep. no waking up in the middle of the night no tired in the a.m feeling. on the other note im feeling way tighter and looking leaner. also i had a pain in my arm where my biceps met my forearm and that is not there??? weird. anyway im gonna bump up to 3 shots ed with the test.

I usually take 1,000mg 2x ED. I use NSI brand Hawthorn Extracts.
 
thanks. ill bump up my dosage if i get any headaches but my bp seems fine for now. also i know i asked already but are there any supps that i can take to help elevate gh levles prebed? thats what i meant when i asked you in another post? i read i a.m about sometropin(sp) or tyric
 
a little update.
my skin is feeling alot tighter and im feeling just overall good, except for a the lethargic feeling.
last night i trained at around 8 pm and got home from gym about 930. i took a shot/dose then a shake 20 mins later then showered and bed. i had amazing sleep and no crazy dreams. but this morning i feel like someone kicked my ass! and my workout was the usual heavy weights,low reps. not sure what it is but oim also looking leaner. anyway will post a pic at 3 weeks into my research.
 
had a nose bleed last night at the gymwhile hitting 405 on rack deads. been experimenting with green tea/yohimbe combo to take a break from eca. also bought a thermometer and bp meter to test my signs daily. this am upon waking temp is 96.5 and bp is 132/76 so im gonna take a break from any thermos for the rest of the week and continue to check my base signs.
weight this am is 200.4 lbs. def. feeling tighter but i gota say this that if i take my dose of cjc/ghrp prebed and fall asleep within 1 hr i wake up about 4 hrs in. i usually slam some lbas and go back to sleep, but, when i trained and took my pwo dose, then waited ate and went to sleep i slept like a rock. totally diffrent sleep. also when i wake in the middle night i feel fully rested though.
 
i havent updated in a while. im holding steady around 203 or so. bp is normal
121/84. i feel great day to day and pumps are great in the gym. looking and feeling full as well. people have been making comments lately but i dont see it yet. anyway i didnt take the test as im in the middle of inquiring about hiring phil hernon to take me to the next level. as for overall, my opinion is this combo of peptides is doing what i want it to. also my slight injury in my left bicep is gone for a couple weeks now and im seeing more veins in other places(biceps shoulders) that i havent seen.

I don't take any supplements to sleep. However, I am sleeping much better with the peptides and much deeper. Like many of us here I am sure, I have sleep apnea. Before the peptides I never had dreams because I never slept deep enough. I also woke up many times a night, now it is limited to 3-4 times a night.

As for my supplements:
2200mg of Cissus 2xD for Shoulder pain (preventative now)
10000mg hawthorn berry 2 x D for the BP
2000mg Omega 3 - 3 x D (general good health)
1 Centrum silver multivitamin (general good health)
4000mg Glutamine post workout (soreness and recovery)
5g BCCA post workout (recovery)
5g creatine 1 x D
25g Egg white protein 3 x D
1 Recreate 2 x D fat burner
2 scoops Jacked pre-workout (stimulant)

The regimen I'm currently on provides the best sleep I've ever had. I believe it all works synergistically w/ my peptide protocol, and since I've started EOD Caloric Restriction, I believe my sleep has gotten that much deeper. Pre-bed, I take 5gm fish oil, 250mg mucuna puriens, 50mg Benadryl(allergies plus aids in keeping the albuterol effective that I take throughout the day) and the 100mcg ghrp/ghrh. Mix n match some of these and see how you do....
 
been a month to the day.heres what ive noticed

ive def. lost some bf. how much? not sure but things are noticablly diffrent. now my weight is 197 as of today. i also have changed my diet up and am under the first stages of training with phil hernon so im eating diff then i was. heres a couple things i noticed
i have been as strong if not stronger in the gym with less rest(sleep) due to work, weights are increasing in the gym, and i feel overall good.
one thing i stoppped the melatonon and threw them away. now prebed i take my dose 50 cjc/100 ghrp then take .25 mg pramipexole on days when i really had a physically hard day. the days i take the prami i fall into a deeper sleep and its harder for me to wake up but i feel 100% refreshed. i also noticed that my hands were numb and tingly when i tried .50 mg prami whick leads me to beleive that it may be increasing my spike or nat output.
