i just watched it again.....and now the back vid

what really sticks out to me is
the side leg thickness.....the ham just flows
right into the quad (which i admire) fucking awesome

from the side your thickness is great (side-thickness)...(front to back)
fucking awesome

but, the actual thickness of your back, it doesnt pop.....
now i'm sure the leaner you get, it will help.
but, i would say the thickness of the back needs work

specificly lower trap thickness

but shelby......i really wouldnt call it a weakness on you
more like slight detail

Thanks bro.. I appreciate that. Tell me, when you look at this pic, what stands out to you most (as a weakness in my back)? Obviously my posing needs work (my arms should be a bit higher, and rotated back to show more delt) but what do you see in terms of the back?
I think I need more lower lats... which is hard to do when you don't have the genetics for it.. but still, that's what stands out to me most. What do you think?

see......now this pic your lower traps look better
but still look shallow to me

it probley IS just the extra (offseason) weight

lower lats in this pic especially close to the spine
look weak and shallow, but its STILL a complete back
complete being....everything is there.... it just needs stimulation
erectors are thick (deadlifts) and it could be the angle or just
an incomplete pose ,but....upper lats(under delts) dont look even
left side in the pic looks fuller, teres major and minor look great btw
(good separation there)
i would just love to see more pop and thickness
from the lower trap, lower lat tie-in area
also lat width, but thats a givin

in this pic also, your lower half is much harder than your upper half
example...striated, shredded glutes and hams, but no delt striations
or tricep striation

i think you look great man, you just have a few little things holding you back
THATS IT!!!!........these are all correctable

for the record.....keep doing what the fuck your doing
because this is the OLD shelby too
i have a feeling your going to blow this guy out of the water next year

Regarding the upper/lower conditiong thing, I think it's mainly due to having a better developed lower half than upper half (delts and arms aren't exactly my strong points, but hams and glutes are pretty well developed).

I'll keep banging away at everything though, I still have a good 3 months of offseason eating and training left and I aim to make the most of it.
