The synergy of the diet and training are most accountable. I don't know that I'd call it such a "quick gain" though... I mean, I've been hammering away at this stuff for years...

Thanks guys. I owe a lot to John Meadows and his training methods... they've given my physique a whole new look, coupled with my offseason diet.

It's cool knowing that I've already made great gains since my last showing, and still have another 15 or so weeks of offseason left to continue improving.

I was 243 this morning.

Here's a short back clip. Thickness is coming along nicely... I need more width though. Having narrow clavicles, the width is a bit harder to come by.
