Hey crew, just took some offseason progress pics. Still hanging around 191lbs, slowly but surely is how I am taking it (I would like to say I want to get to 200lb plus, but not using the scale too much). Thought I would share a couple of the pics, camera died, so I did not get to get some back shots! Hope all is well everybody and to those who are prepping, keep killing it and good luck!

Now time to go to back to hibernation and eating;):D

I doubt I said that, that is not how I roll nor how I speak, maybe he misunderstood me! However, your friend looks good in the pic and I will be doing the Mayhem next year, so I will be there, except I will not blur my face out in my pics. Again, he prolly misunderstood me, no worries!

Lenny you are looking thick and fit my friend. Kudos on busting your ass and your intensity during the non-competitive portion of your season. I know that you prep like a champion, during these months is when championships are won my friend. Keep going it going Lenny.

What is up Lats....no tan here, only food, training, working, and relaxing with the wife. I do plan on competing in the Mayhem next year, May 30 and there is always great competition at that show, well tentatively planning on it, all depends on work and life. How bout you?
 
You look very good Lenny. How much weight did you gain so far? A good 15lbs or so? You're still pretty lean, that's great.

can you give us an idea about your diet and training at the moment?

Whats up Buselmo, Mr. Member of the month...that is the plan, quality before quantity!

Currently eating:
M1: 50gram protein shake, 2 tbspn of natty PB, 2 packets of oats, 10oz. skim milk all blended together

M2: 12oz. honey glazed tilipia or orange roughy, 2 cups of white rice

M3: 30gram protein shake (this is a Supreme protein bar sometimes)

M4: 30gram protein shake, 4 turkey sausage

M5: 50gram protein shake, 2 tbspn of natty PB, 2 packets of oats, 10oz. skim milk all blended together

M6: 12oz. chicken breast, ton of veggies

M7: 50gram protein shake, 2 tbspn of natty PB, 10oz. skim milk all blended together

also, Saturday and Sunday is a conservative day of eating, I still have 3 blended shakes, but toss in a couple of meals of my choice (Chipolte, subway, mexican, italian)...offseason pleasures;):D

Training:
I just finished off with my 5 day split and did some volume training just for a couple of weeks to break the boredom of the routine, but back to high frequency, low/moderate volume. Honestly, I am done with weights in about 45-55 minutes, in and out of the gym. I have kept 30 minutes of cardio in there to keep me hungry!

You look awesome man. Thanks for keeping us in the loop with your diet and training. You are obviously VERY in tune with your body and have made some serious improvements even in the relatively small time I have been around. Watching your diet prep and now your offseason has been very inspiring. Keep it up big guy!

Also, you should have tried out for the movie 300 with that beard...if you would have had that along with that damn sword you won at your contest you'd have fit right in! :D
