Whats up Buselmo, Mr. Member of the month...that is the plan, quality before quantity!
Currently eating:
M1: 50gram protein shake, 2 tbspn of natty PB, 2 packets of oats, 10oz. skim milk all blended together
M2: 12oz. honey glazed tilipia or orange roughy, 2 cups of white rice
M3: 30gram protein shake (this is a Supreme protein bar sometimes)
M4: 30gram protein shake, 4 turkey sausage
M5: 50gram protein shake, 2 tbspn of natty PB, 2 packets of oats, 10oz. skim milk all blended together
M6: 12oz. chicken breast, ton of veggies
M7: 50gram protein shake, 2 tbspn of natty PB, 10oz. skim milk all blended together
also, Saturday and Sunday is a conservative day of eating, I still have 3 blended shakes, but toss in a couple of meals of my choice (Chipolte, subway, mexican, italian)...offseason pleasures
Training:
I just finished off with my 5 day split and did some volume training just for a couple of weeks to break the boredom of the routine, but back to high frequency, low/moderate volume. Honestly, I am done with weights in about 45-55 minutes, in and out of the gym. I have kept 30 minutes of cardio in there to keep me hungry!
