So after a couple of months of "slacking", I'm getting back into routine again. As most of us know, that first good leg day feels good but we know what follows the next couple of days..... pain. Anyway, what do you guys do (besides pain relievers like ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.) to help with the soreness? Also, how do you manage to get any cardio in and does that seem to help? Any suggestions? Thanks.
