It usually involves a sterile cup, a sample of ultra glide and use of their "toss off room" filled with all kinds of amenities to get you in the mood minus the hot nurse. Wives and girlfriends are allowed though. Knowing where your base line is, is a good start. Along with regular blood tests, an occasional semen analysis would be wise. Cryo freezing sperm can actually damage them or so I've been told.
Some will die in the process but the remainder can be used in AI, artificial insemination which is alot less involved than Invetro. My wife and I were thinking of going this route but due to my severly low #'s it was deemed a useless procedure in my case.

If you're that worried, get it checked like Reload suggested.

More importantly, don't stay on shit all the time and it is likely not to be an issue - I've got 2 kids to prove it (boy and a girl).

you nevr know with this stuff. I was deemed infertile when I was 22 because i had inflamed testicle from an bacteria infection that would not go away. They ran test and i had a sperm count of zero the third time they tested me.

So i ended up having sex with my currnet girlfriend without portection. I took her virginety and she got pregant the 1st time we had sex. So you never know with this stuff down the road your body may just change and heal itself or certain times of your life just go through phases.

Looking good int he pics bro. I just went throught the entire Invitro Fertilization routine so I have been through 3 sperm checks, bloodwork and the whole ordeal. If your married, your insurance will likely cover any lab work if you tell your Primary physician that you have been trying to have a baby for over 1 year. Regardless, the sperm anaysis is easy. My guy had a cozy room with great satellite porn movies and the whole bit. I would get the sperm analysis first, see the results and then, if low, get the bloodwork to see what is causing it. My sperm were ZERO on the first count, 4 million on the second and 8 million on the 3rd try. I have an 8 month old boy because of it. The freezing is pretty simple. I'm not sure of the cost on freezing sperm alone because I froze 3 of my wifes eggs that were already fertilized with my swimmers. We will plant them in a few months. That ran me a $1200 one-time fee and a $200 yearly maint fee. They usually survive the thaw but some may not. Anyway, I will quit rambling. The sperm analysis not only checks for the amount (number) of swimmers, but checks the motility on mobility (how they look and how they are moving). You can have 20 million sperm but if half of them have no heads and the others are swimming in circles, then thats not good. I had to go off the juice for an entire year! It took 6 months for my hormone levels to get back to normal. Don't worry.

the three times i got tested. This was before I even touched gear. Then after i tried gear got my girl pregnant. The doctor ran all these test and couldnt figure what was wrong when i was infertile accept i was sick for a couple years with lyme disease and a bacteria infection prior to these test.
