Cycles that age your skin

Why is this? Just curious.
As for not a good idea to place filler in this particular area of the face?

There's arteries (facial artery) within those regions that can potentially lead to a vascular occlusion if botched. It can be performed, although there's a given chance that if the facial artery gets nicked with filler. Worst case scenario -tissue necrosis.

Yes there are arteries around the smile lines but those are deep and injections in that area are done more superficial. It`s really not that risky. Plus anybody with a syringe of filler should have at least a few vials of hylenex to dissolve HA in case of a vascular occlusion. More risky is filler in the nose, between the eyes, that can cause blindness. Ultimately filler is not ideal for smile lines because it does not address the issue, it is not a volume loss issue and for some is disappears quickly, for other after a few sessions it can linger start to look like homer simpson.

You should look for some smooth PDO threads in the area. They are dissolvable surgical sutures that stimulate collagen production to thicken the skin, can not cause a vascular occlusion and is cheaper. Threads "erased" my 11 lines and I`ve had threads around the mouth too. You could probably benefit from some sculptra too because you are so lean

Ok. The n30i is a nasal mask only. These wrinkle the face less ime. If you learn to nose breath a chin strap and or tape will help prevent your mouth opening.

If you have congestion issues the cpap can auto adjust to compensate for the nose blockage. I can help with this.

are there any settings you need to change for this? using a resmed airsense 10 with the auto adjuts option on, facemask or nosemask, i still have issues with a clogged up nose.

Avoid the sun, don't run tren, don't use HGH over replacement dose, take dutasteride.
melanotan in addition to sunscreen would probably help mitigate sun damage as well.
sunscreen is more important than avoiding any compound
Excessive sun is the main cause in my opinion. Dermatologist told me that the damage to my skin was done mostly when I was a youngster outside playing nonstop with no sunscreen. I started noticing spots in my early 40s.. had a few things removed from my skin as well. Now I stay covered up and wear a giant straw hat.

You can change the type of mask in the settings. Full face is the slowest air speed, nasal is medium speed, pillows is the fastest speed. You can play around with which settings feel best.

You can also try the setting for the virus bacteria filter and turning it on. This increases the air speed even more. Which may or may not be helpful for you.

I cap my pressure to be between 10-13 because otherwise mine would just keep increasing the pressure all the way up to the highest in auto set mode. And that was actually making my Apnea Hypopnea Index worse.

IME, collagen peptide moisturizer is one of the most effective OTC products at removing wrinkles and keeping your skin looking healthy & younger, year round. I do use it liberally multiple times a day but definitely notice a significant improvement.

sorry to bump the old theead - but what is it about dht compound and low estro that make us look older ? is just from thin skin or do the cause wrinkles ?
