Try dailyburn.com. Fitday looks like it was made in 1984, it was slow and painful to use. Dailyburn is all modern and slick, works great.
I use it to track my workouts as well as log food.
Ive been using this one for over a year and it's been great. Anyone who never looks at a nutrition label or has no clue what a portion size is would be amazed what their daily nitrition totals are if they track it. You can customize to your goals.
I've never used a nutrition tracker online before but that dailyburn is pretty awesome. Now I can keep track so much easier about what I'm eating. I like the app they have for the iphone too.
