I shot a measly 2cc's of MCT (filtered) into each bicep before tonights back workout. Now, about 30mins after the WO my arms hurt like bloody hell!
Does anybody know what the proper dose for a lidocaine injection? I've got plenty of 1% 10mg/ml lidocaine that I want to premix with about 30cc's of sterile filtered MCT.
How much can I shoot into my bi's right now? I've heard from a nurse that shooting lidocaine can cause a heart attack, true/false? I know I'll need more than one shot b/c this stuff wears off after a while.
How high of a concentration do I mix with the MCT? .5cc Lido per 9.56cc MCT sound OK?
