i have had this for almost a year now , its hampering my back workouts now too. its mainly in a supinated position, i can't do bicpes curls the pain is a pinching sharp sqeeuzing sensation. i don't even get a pump in the right bicep. seems all ropey and notty? is there a small tear perhaps?
