CLEAN MASS WITH VERY LOW SIDES

I'm 29, 5'9" , 210, 4th cycle, want to put on good clean muscle with the least amount of sides, particularly estrogen, bloat, and hair loss.

Was thinking 14 weeks like this......

T-Bol...................50mg ed wks 1-8
Anavar.............50-70mg? ed wks 9-14
QV Deca300........ 600mg wk wks 1-14
primobolan depot..400-600mg? wk 1-14

hgh........................5iu day
IGF-1.......................40mcg e3d

nolvadex.................40mg ed 1-16
lotrozole..................1.25 e3d 1-16
hcg ................250-500iu? wk 1-14
clomid..............50-100mg ed........12-15
clenbuterol.................................15-18

Also have thyroid, caborgoline, Liv-52, on hand.

Because of the Decca, was thinking of running a dash of Test cyp or possibly Andriol to avoid more scar tissue, . Was also undecided with the primobolan, was thinking of subbing with 350mg week of Winstrol. Which one is harsher on the hairline?

Diet: 300g of protein ed lean meats, eggs, sushi, meal replacement-ProComplex
viatamins, milk, thistle, cod liver oil,

cycle my carbs(try to spike insulin sensitivity):
day1 no carbs
day2 medium carbs
day3 comfotable amount
day4 no carbs
repeat cycle

training split: hit muscle groups from every angle with 4-5 different excercises for total around 20 sets.

mon chest followed by 1hr intense cardio- eliptical , keep heart rate 160-180
tues. back cardio
wed. shoulders cardio
thurs. bis cardio
fri. tris cardio
sat. legs
sun. off

Would appreciate any good critiques on this cycle, please. Thank You.

looks like you have done a lot of research. I have only used test, d-bol and Decca myself. I wish i could help you more.

To get the guys that really know all this stuff to help you, you may want to post up a picture. or your diet and training.

eep! 160-180 is between your anaerobic capacity and your VO2 max. On an elliptical. Dude, you should take up professional cycling (like Lance Armstrong). That heart rate range held for an hour is the equivalent of near-sprinting for an hour. If you can pull it off, good for you. But you're going to be decimating the cardio bunnies doing that. You might want to warn them before you get on the elliptical. I'm just messing with you, actually. I think that the elliptical HRM's (heart rate monitors) are off... WAY off. I had a few friends who tell me that they run on that damned elliptical at around 170bpm, and I laughed... until I went and watched them on it, and saw the readings for myself. The thing is that they were having casual conversations with me while doing it, and barely breaking a sweat. There IS NO WAY that anyone can be at 160+ bpm and not groaning with their head down. I do/did a lot of road cycling and have lots of experience with heart rate training, and let me tell you, when I rode the exerbike today at the gym I was grinding the shit out of that thing, standing on the pedals, cranking out WATTS and had my heart rate around 165bpm. I can maintain this for several minutes before I start feeling like I'm riding a time trial. My advice: find a better cardio machine. People criticize treadmills for being hard on the knees, but they're probably one of the best pieces of cardio equipment there is. The exerbike (stationary bike) is excellent, too. I just see too many people get on that damned elliptical and spin their happy asses off, thinking that they burned 1000 calories in an hour (while they read a magazine and chatted with someone else). Boohlsheit. Maybe you know all of this already and you don't need me ranting about it to you. But I have an issue with ellipticals and I really don't like them at all. I have deep issues with ellipticals. Take it or leave it.

just a few things before bed

1) cardio at that rate is catabolic
2)you dont want bloat, but you're running deca?
3)winstrol is notoriously bad on on the hairline
4) dont overcomplicate things, run some test beteween 500-750mg wk, dbol 30 mg ed, and throw in some aramasin for e. i just saved you a ton of money and i guarantee your results will be better ;)
 
sub EQ for the deca...run some test, primo is fine...run HCG throughout
 
overly complicated. IF you get a side you wont know what caused it. i like the igf and hgh. use hcg throughout until 2 weeks before last shot then only clomid for pct. a good 6 weeks blast on the clomid.

4th Cycle and you are taking all that? Slow down and train and eat better. Novdex and Letro together is overkill. Do you know how powerful Letro is? Why don't you get rid of everything and do test and deca or EQ. If you do GH, I hope you have enough for at least 6 months or you will be wasting your money. Hcg during cycles? While I am not a big advocate. Basically, you are showing a competitors cycle,, why don't you slow down, quality muscle takes time and there is alot more factors than taking tons of gear.
 
in my earlier days i would make cycles like the one mentioned above and you know what i learned? test/dbol (although i do throw eq or tren in here and there) are always my best cycles. an ai will control bloat if that's what is concerning you. just my .02

test= king of injectibles
dbol= king of orals
 
Thanx for your replies. Just trying to stay away from the more toxic stuff. Also, when I run Test or Dbol its quite obvious to people what I'm doing, which I'm kinda trying to avoid. When I take these two I don't fit in my clothes anymore. Not looking to gain a lot of mass. Really looking to cut/harden up and keep all my gains, and as I understand primo, deca, and anavar are the mildest and safest to use. I see some mentioned that my doses are too high and I must say I've seen way higher. I'm thinking any lower with these milder drugs and I am wasting my money. I know some are also thinking I should save money using test or dbol, but I've already spent the money which isn't an issue for me anyways. I think when I listed my program and history I should have also listed my cycle history. Just briefly off the top of my head, I've tried test, dbol, tren, sust, primo, winny, deca, anavar, andriol, I love the gains from test and dbol but I have no desire to be that big or lose my hair. Also, forgot to add that I'm very prone to getting gyno so I'm trying to avoid aromatization. Was wondering if anyone has ever tried deca with primo and anavar? Again, I value and thank you for your input.

well its obvious you dont want to run the test or dbol but i thought it'd be worth mentioning that you wouldnt see damn near any bloat with 2.5ish mg letro a week. sorry to keep beating a dead horse. i have to tell you that me nor any one i know hasnt run that stack so im no help there, maybe someone else can help you out there so i guess this could be considered a bump :)
 
For some, Primo is harsh on the hair follicles...
EQ would be a better choice IMO.
