Oral AAS dosage timing

How many times a day do you split your dosages for different oral steroids? Of course it’s different for different compounds. In particular Winstrol and Anavar are what I’m curious about.

Winstrol has a half-life of ~nine hours and I think dosing 12 hours apart is probably fine. Yes? No? What do you think?

Compounds like Anadrol and Dbol maybe 4x a day are better because of the shorter half life.

At any rate, what are your dosage protocols for various oral AAS?

Everything pre workout, on rest days also all in once.

I am definitely in favor of dividing the dose into 2-3 a day

I like to take my orals In the morning when b4 the gym and at night b4 bed. Always a worked well for me and helped me to not forget to take them

Only orals I've taken in a long time was Anavar and Anadrol , I spilt the dose half pre-work with all caffeine and the other half generally 4-6hr later before bed.

Agreed, if there is a difference it's negligible. The more pills your taking, the more likely you are to forget or mistime doses. Orals are over rated anyway IMO

I notice a difference when I take orals pre-wo only if I flood my system with high doses.
