They were all some pretty good fights .I was pulling for Matt but Josh looked much better than this time than he did against GSP .His punching ability looked much better and more accurate.
I have never saw Jones fight before tonight .I have missed the last several UFC fights for various reasons .I thought he looked very good .He was easiest the best MMA fighter I have saw in a long time not saying any of the other fighters tonight looked bad either .He threw some good spinning elbows and back fists .Had some good kicks too
Someone asked what happened tonight .Josh knocked out Matt at 4:59 in the first round .To me it looked like he knocked him out a little sooner .I can not remember which round Jones took Rampage .I think it was near the end of the 3rd round .I am pretty sure Rampage did land a few punch's not to dispute anyone .He gave Jones a pretty good fight but could have been a little better .He was doing some kicks early on but in the interview after the fight he said he thought it was bad ideal to try to do kicks with a fighter like Jones that he was good wrestler .
Th repeat show is on now .I may watch it again .I have a lot work to do tomorrow and need to get to bed but fights like these are not on very often .
Wish I could report better details about the fight maybe after I watch it again .

Until Anderson moves and snatches it... But I don't think Dana will let that happen. Anderson will retire in the next few years.

Jones got him in 4 th. Check out mmatko.com see fight before they take it down. The Hughes fight there as well. Great site ad they post most fights immediately but take em down by about 11.

It was kinda a boring fight! but rampage couldnt do any thing with that long reach in his face, he said it himself after the fight, jones did good job screwing up rampages range with that reach an when he got in jones tied him up or tried taken him down totaly took rampage out of his fight. Rampage did have some near miss wild haymakers i will say that lol!

oh well on to the next on to the next! Valasquez v.s Dos Santos
