I have been lurking here for about 4 years, post once in awhile but just read. in that time I have noticed that the people here look out for each other. The senior members pass on advice and guidance to the junior members. Health questions are answered, nutrition advice given the list goes on. You guys have it all here. I used to be a old broke down Marine, when I retired from the corp still have a broken body but the info here has helped me more than I can say.

So from a old Marine thank you all, and Semper FI

thats my plan. Two shoulder operations, one fake knee. But hell im alive have a decent job, and a good wife. No complaints here.
