OTC Diuretics?

Anyone have a good recommendation for a OTC diuretic they’ve liked? Not for competing or anything like that, more so just opening day at our neighborhood pool, to show off for all the milfs out there. I’m pretty lean right now but wanted to shed a little of the water I’m holding from GH and thought maybe there’s a decent one out there?

Yes, I just do with meals 1,3,5
