OTC fat loss medications...

I noticed that when we talk about fat loss products as bodybuilders we usually discuss ephedra products, clen., DNP etc...

However, it seems to me that we have forgotten that there are numerous fat loss drugs, that are legal and well researched for effectiveness and contraindications.

Why is this? Do these substances cause muscle loss?

Has anyone tried Duramide or Xenical ?

Duramine and Xenical are not OTC. You need prescription for them. They are very effective for normal people, not bodybuilders, because they make one lose weight by being very powerful appetite suppresants.
Obviously that is not good for us bodybuilders since we need to eat to keep the muscle up.

i have tried didrex shit kicked my ass though had a headache from it half a day while on it.

Used Phentermine.....

I believe adipex is a brand name of phentermine. Anyhow used 30mg a day and this shit made me loose 20lbs in 4weeks. This was crazy it totally destroyed my appetite as well as speeding up the metabolism due to the amphetamine like action it also has. I would reccomend it for women and fat people but like i said it kills appetite. This is a serious negative for keeping LBM. Later.
