Were you feeling anything on your body lol brother...Man they had me connect to my nose 4 weeks ago when I had my surgery and I asked the nurse if I can take it off. She said sure if you think you don't need it. So I ripped that thing off my nose. I didn't feel anything special. Maybe it was all the deladid pain killer they had me on lol

That's a really strong med, so yeah you probably weren't feeling shit.
For those BB'ers with Apnea I can see where it may have some benefit. As their O2 levels are lower, at least in the morning.
I didn't even think of that, that's very true. I believe I am starting to develop sleep apnea. Around 235 now, so I'm sure if I cut down to 215-220 I wouldn't have any further issues.
I've gone to an oxygen bar a few times and omg you feel amazing after. The effects last two days for me.
I can't get a script but I see it's sold for recreational purposes.
Does anyone use oxygen to help their building efforts?
Within minutes of stopping the oxygen at the "bar" your blood levels of oxygen go back to normal. So no... any percieved benefit is placebo.
Best thing you can do? Several times a day take big breaths. Like really fill your lungs up, hold it for 5 to 10 sec. That will bump your o2 up as well. Again, transiently but its good for mood and energy
