Pain with Tendons

Im on week 6 of my test/dbol cycle. the dbol im using are the naps at 40mg ed and this is my 5th week on them. im using iranian test and im eating very clean and i can honestly say i do look pumped and all and am getting strong and everything but something is up because im not bloated at all which is cool but..normally i would bloat like hell. i think my iranian test is fake or something because the dbol seems real. i mean i dont think the test is fake but it doesnt work that well i guess..im not even taking any arimidex. i took .25mg twice in like 6 weeks lol. mentally im real horny but i cant go three times a day like i do with testovirons. so this leads me to believe my dbol is real but not as good as thais and my test isnt that great either. however when i use thai dbol, i get real bloated and real strong and my low back gets so pumped i cant even train. on the naps i only had the low back pumps the first week or two.

2 days ago i squatted 315 for a double, a clean single on my own though. i never squatted more than 235 before. 2 months ago i could barely do 225 for 2 sets of 5 reps. now i warm up 13 reps with that weight.

well my tendons hurt in my inner elbows, not the tricep side. so i cant dumbell bench or tri extend shit it hurts so much. 2 days in a row i tried to do chest and went home and iced it up. i did 75 pound dumbells for incline chest for 2 good sets of 6-8 reps last time after two sets of 70s so i can easily do 80s but today i tried to do 65s, then 70s twice, and a flat with 65s before i gave up and went home.

so whats the deal? why do my tendons hurt and why am i not even bloated at all? my diet is clean as hell. baked potatoes and lean ground beef are the staple with protein shakes and udos oil.
 
could be many things, im thinking the "cortisol suppressing effects" of the dbol are effecting your joints.

1. low circulating cortisol means less cortisol to reduce inflammation. Ice 20min 3x a day, real ice, no fake plastic frozen bags

2. you said you got stronger, possibly could of gotten stronger than your joints could of handled. lower the volume of pressing movemnts or cut them out & just do "swimming for upperbody till they heal" 200m or so/1min-1.5

just be careful an dont tweak your shoulders

i knew it was something with the dbol. makes you strong fast. its time to come off anyway in a couple days. tomorrow is 5 weeks on them. for some reason i am not bloated at all. which is cool but i dunno. maybe the lack of some water retention could account for this feeling. im not even using any arimidex or anti e's either. im switching to testoviron and will only be running that for a while. and i think i might need some HCG as well.
 
As mentioned: you need some time for the tendons to catch up in strength. Lighten the weights up on the exersizes that cause pain and progress up more slowly. Go by feel. The last thing you want is an inflammation issue in the tendons or joints.

all pressing movements cause me pain. i cant do chest. id rather not train at all then go lighter. whats the point? i wont grow from it so why do it? ill take some time off til monday and squat that day and take it from there. ill also get off the dbol sunday or so. im using MSM as well but i doubt it does much of anything besides shrink your wallet.
 
All movements? Even with dumbells? is this something recent or has it happenned over time? How old are you?
 
My elbows used to bother me until I started taking a glucosimine/ chondroitin/ MSM supplement. It has worked wonders. I have been taking it twice a day for 8 years.
 
i only use dumbells for chest and i do dumbell presses for shoulders. im 22, this never happened before although 3 years ago when i gained rapid strength like this (also did test/dbol) i had a little pain in that right inner elbow area between the elbow and the opposite of the elbow (on the bicep side). but that went away long ago and now it doesnt go away. its the dbol. i think it makes your tendons weaker. also, i squatted 315 for a clean single with the bar lower on the back than normal. so it might have aggravated it. i then attempted chest the next day and the following (yesterday) before i realized im gonna take some time off. i might not train til sunday. and i also think im gonna buy some elbow wraps or so. im also taking 3g MSM per day but just MSM on its own.
 
I think you should try a glu/chon/MSM supp, it sure couldn't hurt to try it as alot of us have had success with it. I get mine at Costco and it's fairly reasonably priced. It takes a few weeks to work though.
Take care of those joints bro you are aweful young to risk any damage to them.

i think ill get that supp but some cheap brand though cause i dont have much money to drop on things im not sure of. thanks for the suggestion.

i also bought some spandex elbow wraps to tighten that area when i press to relieve some pressure so i can at least still train.
