whats up guys? man this cycle has not been easy on me. rihgt now i have been having some pretty bad delt pain due to injection. should i still work my delts durring the pain or should i put it off till the pain goes away. Last week i skipped my delts. I just do not want to do any damage.

The training likely wont do further damage, as its not pain from training injury. Go at the level of pain you are willing to endure.
