there are ways that you can keep carbs in , post workout , but you might want half during and the rest post and definitely cut down on the amount of carbs as well . this approach is more like a TKD . if you time the carbs and aren't going over board , you should be able to stay in ketosis . but as i side not , if you make adjustments to Dave Polumbo's diet >>> it is not the ''polumbo diet '' anymore . people tend to forget that .
Exactly, this is classified as a Target Ketogenic Diet, not palumbo's diet plan. Just one of the many variations of low-carb dieting. I believe this would forgo the need for a weekly cheat/carb-load......takes the fun and something to look forward away
