I would like to know what is the best approach to recover very well from this kind of cycle :
Weeks 1-10 Test E (500mg/week)
Weeks 1-4 Dianabol (30mg/day)
Weeks 1-13 HCG (500iu/2 days a week)
Weeks 1-13 Arimidex (0,5mg/day)
Weeks 13-16 Nolvadex (20mg/day)
Weeks 9-12 Oxandrolone (50mg/day)
OR with no arimidex :
Weeks 1-10 Test E (500mg/week)
Weeks 1-4 Dianabol (30mg/day)
Weeks 1-13 HCG (500iu/2 days a week)
Weeks 13-16 Nolvadex (20mg/day)
Weeks 1-12 Nolvadex (10mg/day)
Weeks 9-12 Oxandrolone (50mg/day)
OR
NO TIME OFF with (that's what BIG A recommends with less compound)
All the time :
Test E (500mg/week)
HCG (500iu/2 days a week) (or 5000iu/every 4 weeks)
Nolvadex (10mg/day)
Every 4 weeks during 4 weeks (if blood test OK)
Dianabol (30mg/day)
OR
NO TIME OFF with a blast and cruise principle :
Blast :
Testosterone E (500mg/week) weeks 1-4
Dbol (30mg/day) weeks 1-2
Arimidex (0,5mg/day) weeks 1-4
Cruise :
Test E (250mg/week) weeks 5-6
HCG (500iu 2x/week) weeks 5-6
Nolvadex (20mg/day) weeks 5-6
weeks 7 : restart Blasting.
(no time off if blood test ok)

(213lbs,5-11, 5 years of natural training (started at 15 1/2), good diet good training, good lifts)
